The Proof Score is a single credibility score, from 0 to 1000, for a broker-verified trading record, the same idea as a credit score: years of behavior, read into one number anyone can trust at a glance.
What it rewards
A record that stays consistent over time, keeps risk under control, and turns a real edge into durable profit.
What it refuses to reward
Luck, and profit made by gambling. A large headline return built on reckless risk never produces a high score.
Verified only
Computed only from trades read directly from the trader’s broker. Nothing is self-reported, and nothing can be edited.
Three pillars, held in close balance
Every verified record is read across three pillars. They are weighed in close balance, so no single one can carry the score on its own.
Consistency
Whether results hold up month after month on a smooth, repeatable equity curve, rather than one outsized trade carrying the rest.
Risk control
How deep drawdowns run, how large the single worst loss is against total profit, and how stable returns are once losing trades are weighed.
Profitability
Whether the edge is real and efficient across a large sample, not just a lucky stretch.
A high return earned recklessly does not score high
This is the trust test most scores fail. Below are two illustrative records, not real members, trading a similar number of trades over the same stretch of time, with almost the same headline profit. They land in very different bands.
High return, one bet
A smooth climb for months, then a single trade gives back nearly half of all profit ever made. The record limps back to positive, but the damage is already done.
Steady and controlled
Frequent, small, controlled losses. No single trade decides the outcome. The equity curve climbs without a deep give-back.
A young record cannot reach the top, however clean it looks
A small sample is too easily explained by luck. The score is pulled toward a neutral, unproven baseline while a record is thin, and only opens up to the highest bands as the record grows long and deep.
Same trading style, same discipline. Time and depth are what change.
What the score means, in plain language
The highest tier. Reserved for long, deep records with excellent risk control and durable profitability.
A credible, well-managed record that has not yet matured into the highest tier.
A solid, broker-verified record with reasonable consistency and risk control.
An early or uneven record. Real, but not yet statistically strong.
The record shows reckless risk-taking, deep drawdowns, or a net loss, regardless of any headline return.
Score being established
Shown instead of a number until a record clears a minimum bar of evidence: enough trades, spread over enough real time, across enough distinct weeks. A thin record never gets an inflated or misleading number.
One methodology, applied the same way to everyone
The Proof Score takes no manual input and no self-reported figures. It is computed identically for every verified live record. It powers the public profile today, and it orders the standings.
